Common questions
Is there a trial?
Yes, 14 days. After that, your data stays available to read and back up until you activate.
Where is patient data stored?
Data stays on the center computer, and you can sync a daily encrypted backup to the center Google Drive account from Center settings.
Does it need internet?
The app runs on the center computer and needs internet for activation and Drive sync. An activated copy keeps working for up to 7 days offline.
What does it run on?
Windows, using the Microsoft Edge WebView2 component.
How many accounts are included?
Plans support 3, 5, or 10 accounts, including the owner.
How does activation work?
Send your Center Request ID from Settings on Messenger. After you subscribe, activation reaches the app automatically.
